The guide says it can give -2 to +3 in level, health, defense, strength and speed. Has it ever been known for this potion to take stats away from every category without increasing anything?

Odds are odds, it has the same chance of being minus 2 or + 3, so it could be anything

not a loss in EVERy stat but close enough :/

PsyKinG gained: 2 level(s) -1 strength -1 defence 0 intelligence -2 health points -2 speed points
