i opened a pinata and it gave me 3 prizes. i went back to my inventory and the pinata was still in my inventory, but i still had the prizes. i refreshed on the prizes page, and it only gave me more items and did not take the pinata from my inventory. now i have several prizes and the pinata, when i should have no pinata and 3 prizes.

also, my shop will not price. i tried two times to make it work but when i press "process items and removals" the item prices do not change.

please tell me what to do about the extra items and pinata. should i delete them or tell somebody?

For the items please make a ticket and let a UA know what are the extras. They should be able to take care of that! The shop pricing error has an open topic. Please repost the error there!

I would go ahead and use "missing items" and just explain the situation...they'll be able to work it out!

would this go under wrong item type or missing items? there is no "other" in the items section
