any ideas on what or where i can get mine fixed? the power on/off button is stuck! best buy wont fix it they wanna sell me a new one. apple you can nver get on the phone. what do i do?? any thoughts would be helpful! thanks CC's.

Try looking up local repair shops? Or looking up if there's an apple store near you that can help And no best buy won't help you fix it unless you bought it there and were still within the return time for it, then they'd either try to fix it or exchange it.

Go into an Apple store, and they usually are really good about helping.

What I do, is I go to Google and type in "Apple stores in (insert city name here)" and it should turn up some results.

I had the same problem with mine D: I had bought it off the Apple website directly however so their warranty covered it and they ended up sending me a new one (I did the whole process online, I didn't have to spend a minute on the phone). I don't know if the same kind of thing applies if you bought it at a store though...

I'd try to get a hold of them on the phone or visit an apple store. Usually there should be Apple repair stores around the place who should be able to fix it. If not, I guess you might have to buy a new one. : ( They're a lot cheaper in the "refurbished" part of the apple store online. c: That should save you a bit of money compared to buying it in stores, unless the store is having a sale of course. :P
