Before I start, I like the idea, and I'm sure my complete lack of tact means the below will sound really critical. I don't mean it that way. I'm offering suggestion on some things to consider to round the character out a bit. Some of this stuff will help the character breathe a life of her own.

This honestly sounds a bit Mary Sue to me. Why does she have her powers? What does she do with them? She's afraid of losing them, but why? Loss of control, fear that someone else might use them? Also, unless all fairies are the children of the king and queen, is there a reason she needs to be? "Thin but curvy" in her body type is kind of a give away that a character may be a mary sue. Where are the curves? How much curve? If she's really curvy with a thin frame, she'll have lower back problems.

What other dislikes does she have? Cabbage is an interesting start, but is it the texture or the taste? Does it change if there is something to season the cabbage, or if it is prepared in a different way (many cultures have different uses for cabbage). Also, what sort of mean people does she dislike? Fake people, liars, physical bullies, verbal bullies, rude individuals? There are many types of mean, and some people are more offended by some than others. (There is an ideal that one should have more weaknesses and dislikes for a character than likes and strengths, as they provide a sort of depth that may not otherwise be there. Having reasons for them is also helpful. A character who dislikes snakes without being afraid because her mother was afraid and insisted that the character couldn't play outside because there was a harmless snake in the garden has one more level to them that may come up later.

I think a rule of thumb is to have at least 3 facets to the character. Halloween is one for Aerena. Try to think up some others. Also, I'm curious how Time of Day is a combat strength? People daydream.

I think it's a great idea to have a Halloween themed character, especially this time of year, but I think it won't hurt to flesh her out a bit more. Having a concrete history with even some mundane events that shaped her (like the above. Going to time out that one time because she hit her younger sibling, etc. Maybe add something about the Trix? That's sort of tossed in at the end).

Not terribly familiar, no. Fairies in high school is about the level of familiarity with it, but I've seen several fan fictions in that fandom, just never picked up what was canon and what was fan input. But all of the above advice is just stuff to think about. By all means, if there's some suggestion that would not fit at all with Winx, toss it out. Constructive criticism is there to give ideas, not demands ;).

Looks ok, but the home planet and powers just don't go together, I think you made her the fairy of like, Solar Eclipse or something similiar to her home planet, that would make it more believable. She also needs to look like her parents, if they are indeed Stella and Brandon. She looks like she was adopted instead of being their real child. If that's the case. I don't think she'd be able to use the Ring of Solaria because it's a royal heirloom and is given to heirs by blood of the kingdom. If that makes sense.
