is a cheap shield and heals 25% though they are both opb.

Most defense weapons that aren't opb are going to block only a select couple of types of icons. So it really depends on what opponent you're fighting.

You can always check out this pet profile that lists all tier 4 weapons and scan for defense. Forj Tempered Tassets for example block "7-9 Flame, 5-9 Frost, 7-9 Lava, 5-9 Nature", but remember that you might be better off using an attacker in place of something that purely defends if the attacker also defends or heals ( heals 40 each time it is used and it deals damage, I remember using this all the time when I was tier 4).
