"Dogs are very good at picking up on emotional changes and when ponies are depressed and inactive they are very good at comforting them in these circumstances. Elephants show the same altruistic tendencies, but not cats, they are very much more selfish, solitary creatures," he said.
Lol, have to put that negative spin on it :P
That's such a lucky coincidence :o To think that if they had instead decided to go the next day to the shelter, she probably wouldn't even be alive... What a lovely, loyal cat~ I'm glad the lady is okay.

Aw how awesome ! Good little cat, I hope he gets lots of treats for being a lifesaver, literally. Sweet puss.
collecting Hooray for Pudding! And people say cats don't care about their owners, that's a load of shit. Cats may not be as outwardly affectionate as dogs but they do care.

Yay Pudding! It's amazing how things turn out. I've always believed everything happens for a reason
Wow! You go Pudding!!

Thank you anon ;_; x10 March 4/21/21 (RIP Storm-buddy the leopard gecko- you lived a great 16.5 years.)
omg 21 lbs lol that's a GIGANTIC cat I'm sure I'd wake up too if Pudding sat on my chest. All kidding aside, I'm happy Pudding saved her life. I'm happy Pudding has a great home now as well, probably one that's going to be forever grateful to him c:. Being in and out of a shelter since 2003 couldn't have been fun.
Lol at the 'selfish solitary creatures' bit. Really? Cause I can't take a pee without my cat nosing her way into the bathroom to sit and stare at me, sharing the magic. It always baffles me when people have to pull out the 'solitary creatures' card. Big flashing red light that they aren't very knowledgeable about cats. Cats aren't solitary creatures unless they have to be, and humans are just as selfish. That person has never had a cat sit on his chest all night when he's down with a cold!
They do indeed. My family has had several cats, and not one of them was a solitary animal. They were all personable in their own ways. Two of them were very affectionate. Wonder how many cats this guy has known personally. A psychologist should know that one size does not fit all.
That said, I think this cat is going to be spoiled and loved for the rest of his life by the woman. She's never going to forget what he did.
Never too late to win the day
