I just learned you can only have one item when the TS restocks and then miss out on anything else it is selling that you really want. I got the Ornate Floral Pitcher but I also wanted a Graveyard potion! Now I can't get it at all because 11 hours later there won't be any more!

It's quite possible you could check around the forums and see if there's anybody out there who wasn't planning on purchasing a potion buy one for you. Stranger things have happened. :)

If there was no wait time for the token shop, it would sell out even faster then it already does.

I hope so. Or else I'll have to spend millions of sP on the potion. Unless it restocks again more but 11 and a half hours is a very long time and the RS are few and far between anymore.

If you don't want to spend the sP on the potion, I would suggest stalking the Magic Box. I've restocked 3 Graveyard Potions from there, along with sundry other potions (bloodred, Nightmare, Spectrum, etc etc.), and they all restock for under 20k if I recall.

I'm sure that sells out even faster than the TS though.

Well yes, as there's only one in stock each time. Restocking requires patience, but there's little competition. I'd rather sacrifice some time and buy a potion for 20k then spend 10 million on something, but that's just me.

The funny thing about restocking is that not very many people do it. I've seen a potion sit in there for a few minutes without anybody buying it. At any given time there might only be 2 people checking the shop, so you've really cut the competition there. I take it you've never tried restocking. You should, it's a really handy (and quick) way to make sP, and if you become good, (and autoprice your shop everyday) you can afford the 10 mill sP's for that potion in less than a day. (Seriously, I've already made 26 million today in my shop, and I've been online for less than 2 hours.)

If there wasn't a limit people with thousands of tokens stored up would buy it out and you wouldn't get anything...

I do actually restock, and I find the main shops to be not very crowded. But I just had a feeling that people would target the Magic Box so when a special potion came out, everybody would fight over it.

Actually, the magic box is one of the slowest shops. Most elixirs that stock there are pretty cheap, so people just buy them out of user-shops. And the actual potions only stock about once every other day or so, so nobody ever really bothers to hang out there. I don't think I've ever, EVER missed a potion that I've seen restock, whereas I think I've missed every single new wig that's stocked in the HOliday shop this week. LOL, so it's not real busy. And the profits are high. Every time they release a new pet the price of potions raises about a million sP's per potion.

Yea!! This rule is ridiculous!! If I want to buy 2mil tokens and buy every single potion in the restock all for myself, who the hell is SUBETA to stop me?!?!?! wtf!

If there was no wait time. I could spend my whole subeta life just hoarding tokens and waiting for a token shop restock, then I can buy all the potions, have monopoly over the potion market and sell them all for 50 million.

Hence, we should be thanking the wait time. yay!
