The majority of the female clothing items these days have no sleeves and it's hard to make a really feminine HA using jackets, cardigans and jumpers.

Heeelllllll yeah. Super agree. That's like, that's like, that's my jam. There's gotta be three or four times a year, AT LEAST, that I set out on a course, and then remember - oh yeah - there's nothing actually long sleeved AND elegant that fits the very basic things I'm wanting!
