Haaaaappy birthday!! My friend got her septum done, she said to splurge and get the better metals, it's cheaper in the long run than fighting infections constantly. Also, go to a professional, like a tattoo shop, not the mall kiosks, because actual shops tend to be better trained and more sanitary.
