I'm looking for a particular item, and I can see that it is in the pawn shop. Is there a bug where only certain items are displayed...ever? I keep refreshing and sometimes I'll see a few different items, but it seems to cycle through two, maybe three, different sets and nothing more.

There is a certain item that is showing that it is supposed to be in the Pawn Shop when you do a shop search, but when you go to the Pawn Shop, it is not there. If needed I can mail you the item. Is there any reason why it would still show in the shop search after it has been purchased?

Not a problem! I hope we can figure out what is going on! It may be just a matter of it having sold already and it hasn't disappeared from the shop search...but we will see.

I had a thought and I could be really wrong, but...when the CW pawn shop was first created and initiated, and Keith went and wiped all the regular items from the regular shop, I noticed that those items still appeared in shop search as if they were still in the pawn shop even though they weren't. At least, I was pretty sure that's what was going on (and may still be going on, for all I know).

Could that be part of the issue, and might that help address whatever the issue is?

On the other hand, I could be completely wrong on all of it, it's just what seemed to be the case at the time.

I am thinking that may be the problem...that they aren't wiped from the shop search when they sell in the pawn shop. It does need to be fixed though if that is the case.

I remember that was the case in the Bakery during the 2012 pandemic, as well - it looked as though things were for sale/stocking, but there was no way to see/buy them in the store itself. The graveyard store, too, for a while, I think. :3

yeah what item is it? the shop search page and the pawn shop page query the same database table so, no, that's not what the problem is.

I seen this problem a lot! It seem to have happen when they put the pawnshop cut in half. One of the items is Bronze Sequin Party Dress, it's a retire item. So, maybe that affects the pawnshop or something.
