I've been gone for a few months now due to moving and whatever. I'd log on to resubmit my pets to the resort but that was all. But now that I'm finally back, I noticed how badly I needed to do pet rehauls. Abandoned a couple pets, got new ones, you know the drill. Well, with these new muses comes a new species and coloration, to which I was surprised to see just how expensive these damn potion are now!

Of course inflation happens and I could gripe about a million other things, but I am not a wealthy Subetian in the slightest and don't intend to buy more csc than I have to (preferably not at all, to be honest, haha). I remember when Graveyard potions were around five mil, and now they're hovering at ten! And then theres the Nightmare and Angelic potions, oii vey.

What happened yo? Just the worth of sP going down, inflation, etc.?

Anyone else put off by this or am I a loner? xD

Pretty much just inflation. And they haven't been in the token shop in a really long time, so that's not helping either.

But mostly inflation.

And yeah, the prices really suck right now. I'd love to see them stock in the TS. I recently made a pet graveyard and considered myself lucky to get the potion for 8 mil.

I came back in December after a fairly lengthy hiatus, and also set about overhauling my pet lineup - twelve of my pets were born between then and March, and getting them all just the way I wanted them fairly successfully wiped out my savings. I remember buying a Reborn potion in January for under 9m, which was a pretty standard price at the time.

Two months later a friend created a pet that they intended to turn Reborn, and I was going to be nice and buy them the potion as a present ... but their price had more than doubled in those few weeks. :unheart: I've stalked them fairly regularly since then and not seen the price drop below 15m in the past four months. I've been hoping for a Token Shop restock too, but no such luck.

I'm just really glad that I don't have any pets of my own that need recolouring right now; my bank vault couldn't cope.

I'm not really put off by the price increases, it seems pretty normal to me, especially with how easy it is to get sP.

In about 10 minutes you can make 100k from Cybill Sledding (7k per game x 10 games) and with questing it's prettty easy to earn a couple million a day. Restocking is even faster.

You can also try to restock them from Magic Box

The staff did a potion revamp thing where they bought up a ton of underpriced potions and elixirs to help make them rare and valuable again.

Angelic is actually between 30M and 35M right now, and it has been around that for a while, actually. I got my last...two, three, between 32M and 35M, which is reasonable for a 1500 CSC item. So, Angelic is not that bad, really!

Both of these. The easiness to make SP makes it worth less.

I remember when Angelics were pretty cheap, around 15 mil, but that was like eons upon eons ago, haha. Thank you for the insight, all of you! I got answers and ways to make sP now, both of which I'll utilize.

As someone that needs two Glade and a Nightmare Potion I can say that I feel your pain. hopes for a TS Restock

I remember buying my first angelic potion for 2m! It's so crazy how prices have gone up so high over the years.

But yes, inflation is a big part of why everything costs so much.. I really refuse to pay for those prices so I just zap until I get what I want or wait for a restock. x: would rather wait a long time then cop out over 6m for a potion.

, Seriously. I understand that potions are rare and all that, but jeez. I need a reborn potion, and I've yet to see it go below 15mil in the User Shops. So I've been waiting around for TS restock, but it seems they're only restocking new items. tear So I will continue to play games and quest until I save up enough sP. [edit] Correction: I just found one in the user shops for 13mil! squeals like an idiot Reborn Sheeta HERE I COME!!!

I think it's more that they haven't stocked in a while rather than inflation. It's always the same with those potions, they hover at 5-10m depending on when the last restock was. Angelic obviously doesn't count, because there's an infinite supply of them in an official shop.

It's a shame the Wizard and his Potion event is pretty rare it's almost like a memory..... and the last time the Token shop had potions it was sometime last year I believe. Sucks that they get beyond expensive sometimes.

Happy birthday! I need to stock up on tokens again, I used to hoard them but it seems I've run out blah. Wizard quests here I come! That way when a Graveyard Potion restocks, it will be mine, muahaa.

Yes, I remember them too! I can't honestly remember why I never got one then... young and foolish I suppose, haha.

Also thanks Virus dear for the pet compliment! I don't deserve it, my pets are outdated and need a lot of work before I'm satisfied with them again. xD I am humbled.
