The mistake is mine, I blew it! Every second Sunday I put Atainatoo into the Resort for 14 days. This past Sunday I noticed I didn't receive an event telling me she's out and since it was quite late in the afternoon (Pacific time) I just thought it was a glitch. I put her in and took note of my on hand points decreasing. Less than an hour later I received 3 events telling me she's out. I usually receive 2. Obviously she was still in from 14 days earlier. (Why didn't it let me know?) When her time was up she was tossed out even though I had just paid for another 14 days. I would really like my points returned to me. I filed a ticket and was asked to report it here. She saw how I'd put Atainatoo in for 2 weeks on May 19th and again on June 2nd. She's not in, she's starving!

Which resort did you use? I put Mirrored in the Omen Island resort and he's showing as in, but he's unfed and i'm sure I had to put him in twice. Perhaps there's a resort glitch for both of the resorts? o.0

idk if this helps any, but sometimes even when my pet is checked into the resort their hunger (and occasionally happiness, even though they all have minions) is set back a little. i'm not really sure why it happens, though.

There's more than one resort? I only know about Lakeview Resort. I had no idea about the one on Omen Island. I agree there has to be a glitch. The UA I spoke to spoke to a programmer and then my points were returned. Maybe you should file a ticket too. It only took 9 minutes for mine to be answered and a couple of days for my points to be returned. WOW! Mine have always done that. Their bars go down a notch or two, or with happiness, all the way down, but then they come back up after a while. At first that's what I thought was going on, but a short while later her bar was completely empty and it didn't rise.

Everything is fine now, I put Atainatoo back in (Lakeview) and this time she's settled in.

Actually the problem still occur in Lakeview Resort.Two pets of mine have been tossed out of the resort and I registered them yesterday for 21 days.

Pft, you guys need to tell your pets to stop trashing their rooms and hosting loud parties!

No, seriously, I wonder if this is related to the problem we're having with autotraining? Autotraining is sometimes finishing several hours early (record for me is 10 hours). In regards to that, staff said that the cron is acting wonky and they can't figure out why.

When it's autotraining, it just finishes early, we still get all the stats. But when it's the resort, having your pet fed twice as much isn't going to do anybody any good, people are losing out on money.

I have never used the omen island resort, only lakeview, because I thought the omen island resort doesn't feed the pets but lakeview does.
