Didn't get Amoricone achievement with fake cure?

Is this a bug? I took one of the new "cures" and didn't get the achievement. Is this supposed to happen?

It only happens with the more expensive cure.

you only get the Amoricone achievement by using [item=Dr. Lockhearts Amoricone], a retired Millionaire Center item
