Well as far as USD/sP I usually use the conversion: 2mil sP ~ 100 CSC ~ 1USD (for my own idea, though I've seen others with different conversion rates)

&& as for your chibi, the example you gave is really great :) Are you asking for a price because you want to open a shop or start auction or something else? I'd say if you want a lot of customers all of the time then price them lower in a shop. Maybe open a few slots for 5mil-ish? The more you do and your reputation and demand rise the higher your prices should go. I'd also charge more for complexity and priority offers and maybe less for simple ones, bulk orders, when your shop is slow, etc, 5mil is just a general estimate.
