I would like to hope it's too late in the event for this.

This event has already been going on for three weeks (Tomorrow) and to add the rucksack back to the MC at this point seems a little ... well, late. ESPECIALLY if it has new masks in it.

(That said, if it were added back, I would buy a couple, I just think maybe they ought to wait for next year to really kill our sP vaults.)

I'm all for new masks and this year's event has been lacking in that respect. I also realize that it's probably too late for the addition of this year but it doesn't mean I can't voice my support for this.
