I am still clearly missing something with my shading, I feel like this sweater isn't right? What am I doing wrong, do I need more lines on the inside? Do I need less contrast? More? Is it alright and maybe I have been looking at it for too long?

i think the biggest issue might be that it doesn't really have any apparent texture? like on the and there's some shading going on that makes it look like the sweater has texture and it makes it look better. also the shadows look a bit too cel-shadey? maybe try making them look less like blocks of color and more dynamic with harsher crease shading like the

Be careful about the direction of your shading--the style itself looks great but the way the shading swoops towards the bottom left gives it a bulgy appearance. If it's supposed to be oversized, I'd probably try to keep the shading more towards the edges, since the way the weight drags it down keeps any large creases from appearing in the middle :o

It's that pull across the front. Does it have a gather at the right hip? It's not reading, it just looks like she got her shirt twisted up.
