First: much appreciation towards the "battle this opponent again" button! My only problem is: that button takes me to the page where I can choose my weapons. My default set is already shown, so I click "start battle". But that button always redirects me to the same page and I can't start a battle. This problem occurs only after clicking the "battle this opponent again" button after a fight. When I choose "choose weapons" on the callenger page and then click "start battle" without changing anything about my default set, it works.

I use Firefox 21.0 on MacOS 10.7.5

Update: I just tested if it works if I cange some of my weapons beforehand: no, it does not.

You've got to select your pet! There's a little circle option under your pet's image that has to be checked before the battle can start from that page. C:

No worries, this thing got me a couple times too, I kind of wish it just simply restarted the battle, haha.

Yeah, me too, but then they'd have to include "with default set" on the button and that would make for a very long button ;)
