At tier 10, you shouldn't be using the trident, but rather you should be using its blessed variant (done by taking it out of your armory and transforming it in your inventory). The regular trident caps out at its tier 7 stats while the blessed trident goes from tier 8+ and gains its optimal effect at tier 10+.

Omen key club shouldn't be needed since Prodigy staff will likely serve you better than the replica wrath of Kawhateverhisnameis and you won't be seeing any challengers that deal notable amounts of water in tiers 10 and 11 (and P-Staff holds even further merit in that you can actually rely on it rather than having to restart just because the omen key club generated the replica sword instead of the replica wrath when you need to block your opponent's fire attack).

Reviver of the lion is a great potential extra addition to your set. Soma tablets can prove to be better than truth serum against quite a few challengers (though truth serum can get you far if you are willing to restart multiple times and the opponent in question allows stealing). Recycle blaster is nice, regardless of whether you are using truth serum or soma tablets.

I will say that I am very fond of trident and P-Staff, but there can be other options in tier 10 too. Most of them are pricey (with a good number of them running for at least 50M+, though the plague claw you win from defeating the May 2013 cash shop challenger Vile Carrier should make a good starting point at creating stronger armory diversity).

Tier 11 doesn't have a whole ton of affordable options. You do have a god weapon, though that particular one is best used against opponents that deal prominent amounts of magma damage. When going for more options, the tier 11 February 2013 cash shop challenger Sophie drops paintbrush blades in her 5th win loot. She is on the lower end of the tier (being borderline tier 10 and you already have some of my favorite weapons to defeat her with). The paintbrush blades are an entry level tier 11 weapon, but they do have an attack, heal (or almost, at least on its own), and mod slot count equivalent to that of a god weapon and have a finite but widespread block (the blades themselves block 8 of four icon types and they have a good chance of activating a blessing that blocks 5 of the remaining five icon types and heals 50). Most other tier 11 options are pricey, with the cheapest and most available god weapons costing you around 400M.

What scrolls do you use?

P-Staff doesn't reach optimal stats until 2K each in attack and defense, but it does upgrade at 1600 attack and defense as well. At that point, the offense seems to be on par with that of the squeaky toy (and slightly less than the knife) while the defense is more powerful (probably on par with the knife at 1600-1999) while still offering a 7-10% heal and having a chance of an amazing curse.

: The LGK Cas recommended is still something I can see serving purpose in tier 10, especially if you don't have a dark goddess rod. It is best against challengers that deal a fair bit of light (and one of the more affordable options that can get you somewhere against mass-light challengers like Saggitarius).

And how do I go about getting the Cash shop challengers? I haven't been on this site in a few years probably so yeah... :P

The cash shop challengers can be found by obtaining their corresponding research notes and using them to unlock the challengers. Sophie's is the vandalized research notes while Vile Carrier's is the infested research notes (you will have to get them from another user since they are currently not in the cash shop).
