Why is it still showing this quiz even though we're in the arctic now? I've already tried answering it once and got it wrong, so it can't be still showing because I have a chance at the achievement.

Scroll down a bit on the title page, look for my thread titled "I can't continue the plot". Grelca explained it there, down near the bottom.

Getting the achievement is lost now because you (and I) got it wrong the first time, and several times more for me; but it has to be done correctly before you can move on.

I feel stupid for not noticing that in the first place. Thank you.
