When I listen to music, I mostly listen to whatever mood I'm in or something to put myself in a specific mood. Currently I'm listening to Graveyard by Feist. Currently I feel like and am enjoying feeling like a mildly sad relaxed semi-zombie. Questions:

1. Do you feel similar to I do with anything?
2. Do you use music as I do?
3. Do you believe that music is a "drug" of some sort?

I'll have to look those up Yeah, that's what I meant by "drug" I couldn't think of a better word. :/

I think you took that a bit too literally. They're probably asking that because many people use it to lift their spirits up, using music like a sort of, "emotional medicine" or to "alter their mind."

Anyway, , please understand that many people feel the same way you do, you're not weird ._. I saw your other thread, everything you've talked about is quite normal. In fact I'm sure most people will respond (at least to the first 2 questions) with "yes."

I use music to change my mood, or to heighten the mood I'm already in. I also believe music can be seen (metaphorically) as a drug.

Music is my oxygen.It started when I was 13,unable to go anywhere without my iPod. I need it,it ground me I think?And if it's considered a "drug",well I'm addict and I must go to rehab :P
