In order to access the blue building you must do the following:

Obtain a blue building password - (COMPLETED) Answer 10 trivias correctly (2/10) Have at least 25 trading cards in your collection (25/25) - (COMPLETED) Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more - (COMPLETED) Have at least 100 posts in the forums - (COMPLETED) Complete at least one original treasure map - (COMPLETED)

The problem here is: I do NOT have a pet with an overall rating of 100 or more. Is this a glitch?

Ahhh. Okay. Thank you very much, I thought they meant "every stat has to be equal to 100 or more".
