I was playing Reflection at the link: http://subeta.net/games/reflection.php and noticed two problems.

1. Throughout the game it would ask me to find a match for cards that I had already matched up (This happened 4 times).

2. The following message showed up at the top of the page:

I played around 5pm today and had no issues, when I played just now I had the above mentioned problems.

I just played and had no problems until I attempted to play the prize-less version.

Am using the most recent version of Chrome.

I just played the normal version with no problems, but got the same error as Hellhound with the free version

Just so we have all the information we need, do you have any addons or blockers that may be messing with the game?

The free version hasn't been working for a while.

I do not have any addons or blockers, it worked up until 11pm yesterday. I did not change anything on my computer, no updates, no restarts, nothing was changed. I have never tried the free version, so I can't comment on that one.

I played yesterday, after seeing this topic pop up in my friend feed and remembering Reflection existed and how much I love it--- didn't get asked for the same card, but did get an error similar to the one that got. I got it after making a bad match, and before I could copy it, the page had reloaded, so I'm not sure if it was the exact same or not- but it looked ridiculously similar if it wasn't the same.

It didn't prohibit me from playing the game, so I didn't think much more of it, but this popped in my friend feed again so I thought I'd mention it.

Using Chrome with AdBlock Plus and AdThwart, all updated, etc, etc.

Have you encountered this error again since you reported it?

No, I have played several times without any issues.
