The other day I went to the Zombie Den for the first time since this is my first Pandemic and I bought several items. Today when I decide to check my wardrobe to wear some of the new items, I notice they aren't there. The sp is gone but there is no item to be accounted for. I did an account search for each item and I find 4 of my missing items. But the rest are still missing. I remember getting each of these items and putting them in my wardrobe and vault so I should have them.

List of items I bought the day I could enter the den are: White Abandoned Yarn, Wutisthatsmell, Purple Little Less Dress, Pink Little Less Dress, Green Little Less Dress, Gray Abandoned Yarn, Ginger Abandoned Yarn, Brown Little Less Dress, Blue Little Less Dress, Black And White Abandoned Yarn, and Female Zombie Minion. Total number of items: 11

Out of that list I can say I only have *Wutisthatsmell, *Ginger Abandoned Yarn, *Female Zombie Minion, and *Black And White Abandoned Yarn. Total number of items: 4

I dont know if i was suppose to post here or fill out a ticket but either way I need help please. Is there anyway to get the items or sp back at all? Help? :(

The best thing to do is to fill out a ticket. They can look and see where the items went.

That's what I thought. When I went to the ticket page it said to list problems or bugs here so I thought I post here first. Plus i can't tell if this is a glitch in the system or a personal account problem. I wasn't sure and I wanted to see if I actually needed a User Administrator for this. Thank you for your input.
