The only way to get Graveyard stuff now is by doing Quentin's quests. I don't think many people do them because he mostly hands out junk which sells for less than the quest cost.

As other people have said, Sagittarius just fucked up a lot of things. But unlike other restockable items, Graveyard items won't be making a comeback any time soon unless Subeta decides to make the newly revamped Quentin's quests shell out rarer items more often. As it is I would only get one (cheap) rare item every 15 quests (and I've gotten multiples of the same ones). If that. Not enough people do them because they are not worth it, at all. The items we get are more often than not half the price that we spend. Books as it is are high priced. Add in basically retiring a nice amount of (expensive) rare ones and add in altering a high-end quest to basically shell out more sP (causing all items to go much higher in price) and you've got a very fucked up system.
