I've been hoarding my CSC and finally redeemed a whole chunk to up my petslots from 15 to 20. Is there a way to trigger this Achievement? How long does it take until a Forum Title becomes available after it triggers?

I believe you have to have pets in those slots, not just the slots themselves.
