Did she get jilted, after she sacrificed her livingness Skitters refused to marry her? Was she an unwitting pawn of Ecks and realized her folly? This whole power play between Ecks and Skitters was amusing I suppose, but what about the romance?

I tried asking this on the Epidemic board, but it got drowned by kissing boards or lost in server failure. I'm pretty sure I've got all the plot prizes and achievements, did I just misread something?

I think I will read between the lines of what she wrote, and presume that Skitters is a cad.

That's what I was thinking. If a certain somebody would've been a little more supportive and not playing Zombie Cop (which, btw, came back and bit him on his undead ass), then she might not have felt so lonely and unhappy.

The relationship does sound like it's going through a rough patch.

How odd. Fantine,, she gave up her shop, her ability to make the foods she had the skillz for, and also became unliving...what are the not-true-blue folk supposing that Skitters gave up to be with her?

from the statement she released and the comments it seems as though there is more to the story...that she and skitters hit a rough patch and perhaps unkind things were said. sigh i always hope for the best in romantic stories.
