So I'm making dinner for tonight and I wanted to make Kofte (beef), but I'd not made them before and TOTALLY misjudged the meat x_X so I need something to go with these, or walk up to town and get more meat... Which I might still do (idk when the butcher's closes omfg halp). Okay, they're open til 5 so I have like half an hour to make up my mind before I should go up.
