How do I know how much to price the items in my shop? :/

Look the items up on shop search and see what other people are pricing them at. If you want them to sell, you should price them slightly lower than the lowest price on shop search. If there aren't any on shop search, you can post on the pricing forum and ask what people would pay for the item.

also, anything priced under 1 million sp will have the lowest current stop price on the page where you reprice the items.

That's actually a Gold Account feature, regular accounts don't have prices already listed for them.
