I'ven noticed that some people with infections like Bindi Bite and Brain Rot have been able to get an eye to appear over the covered/rotted part. How is this done?

My guess is they used eyes? Something like the or the , for example.

There are many, many eye covers. Try going into your wardrobe, choosing 'All Clothing on Subeta', and browsing the face section to find what you like.
