Zibu is my only somewhat battle pet and for the last three days I can't take the battle challenges I need for the plot developement.

Its driving me insane! And now I'm sure its too late to even catch up in the plot :c

check to see if your pet is hungry or bored. If neither of those, check to see if you are already in a battle.

She's not in a battle, she' isn't bored. And she's comepletely full.

Ironically won't show up either.

If you were transferred the pet, they cannot battle for 30 days.

I can't figure out for the life of me how to up stats anyway.

those are the only 3 reason I can think of. I will ping a couple of people that might be able to think of something I am not. Insane MrCool Rambo

You can battle with a pet you've just adopted, and its also possible to beat these challengers with an untrained pet, so don't give up! Just check out this thread

You can always adopt a new pet. The challengers are designed to be beatable for pets withouth stats.

And you can raise your pets stats by training in the training center found in riverside valley.
