How do I claim this? I have been a member more than one year yet the achievement wont show up and I can't figure out where to go. Thank you anyone for your help.

You should be able to claim it by clicking "Preferences" under the Personal links.

By visiting the Preferences page :) There is also an Achievements board and there should be several that direct you to how to get achievements ^__^
