So, hi. :3 There isn't really that much I can talk about... I'm a very boring person, basically. Though there's one thing that I should mention: I'm from Belgium. Why should I mention this, you ask? Well, English is my third language, and I know I always explain things in the most confusing ways. There's nothing I can do about that, sadly. I do hope I'll be understandable most of the time, though. :3 And yeah, that's about it. :3 (Hurray, no wall of text! :D )
welcome to Subeta, ! you seem to be impressively fluent in English for it being a third language, so you shouldn't have too much trouble. =3 if you get stuck on
something, i've been around a while, so you can send me a message or ping me (@ schaaenfreude) on the forums if you want.Welcome to Subeta!
Don't worry too much, if you make a mistake it's probably easily fixed anyway!
Be sure to visit the pumpkin patch and such while Morostide/Halloween lasts. Free stuff is always nice. ;]
Hey! :3 your english is good to me, you can call me Sophi and I'm kind of new here (at least in the forums). By the way, my second language is English and I'm from Perú~ :D

Hello dear, Welcome to Subeta! If you've any queries, don't hesitate to ask :) You don't seem like a boring person at all, and your English is pretty great for a third language! What's the second? French? :D
Let us know if you've any queries! We don't bite (much) :P

Welcome to subeta! I hope you enjoy your time here. You picked a great time to join up, with all of the Morostide (halloween) festivities going on right now. I'm happy to help if you have any questions.
I have many dutch/belge (is that even the correct term? I think not :P) friends, and I understand French is popular in parts of Belgium :) I had one friend who couldn't speak French, and unfortunately back then, he was turned down for a job position as they required someone who could speak both :(
It's good to live in a city with lots of languages though :)

And well, it would be nicer if it wasn't as "forced" as it is now. I mean, sure, knowing a lot of languages is nice, but HAVING to know a lot of languages is a completely different thing. :( I'd rather get something more... interesting (Like Hebrew, Turkish or Arabic. :3 ) instead of French. :(
Haha look at the 3rd language speaker correcting the 2nd :P My first language is Mandarin, but my English (should be) much better :P
German for me is quite hard, I know some basics from singing as a lot of classics are in German, but that's about it. I wanted to learn latin, but I'm not very good at languages :P I'm quite forgetful. I studied a bit of Spanish, but forgot 98% of it.
Just a heads up, putting a @ in front of a username 'pings' the user, so they get an alert with a link back to the thread. :)
[edit] and i forgot to ping you hehe

And I get Spanish in about 2 years... :c Is Spanish harder than English? :c
Like this? :o
Subeta is an an english site (in public areas) to help keep everyone on the same page hehe :) But I'll humour you in a little "Ni hao" is hello/nice to meet you (literally translates to "you good?")
I think you should find Spanish easier than English, English has too many rules that are hard to learn when you do not read lots and lots.
And yes, like so! that way, you don't necessarily need to "quote" the post you reply to :) Unless you are specifically referring to something.

welcome to subeta! always good to see more dutchies / belgians. you might want to consider checking out the dutch small talk topic in chit chat (quick link), pretty sure there's other belgians there as well. oh and kudos to you for being able to speak french. i'm dutch and my french is, well, nearly non-existent. it's embarrassing. don't hesitate to let me know if you need help with anything (:
