I'm looking for an MMORPG to play with my boyfriend. It's not so much that I just want to hang out with him online (after all, we do have AIM), but while I'm very into RPGs, he likes the idea but isn't sure how to get started (he's only played games like Halo before). I play Mabinogi and Vindictus and he's considering playing them, but honestly I'd rather we both started anew in a game neither of us has played.

This is basically what we like in games: nice graphics and a main questline (not too aimless or branching). If you can think of a game like that (that you like, of course), please suggest it!

Well there's World of Warcraft, but it's so branching that it has become the Tree of Internet Gaming Life. It's amazing though, and it's amazing to play with boyfriends in my opinion! Unfortunately that's the only suggestion I have, good luck!
