I just finished a Lost Skeleton quest and got Lotus Vial and it says it's a Staff Item.

I think these vials will be the way that we contract the viruses for Survival this year - the quests just got added in about 5 minutes ago so they may not have switched the vials over yet.

Locking since it is no longer a staff item. :)
