If it's not locked it can be zapped. Locked items should not be zappable.

I thought the loyalty boxes couldn't be zapped regardless of lock? Last I knew - I haven't checked and it may have been changed - but since you couldn't put them in your vault, they were just automatically safe? I'd love a ping with an answer (Sourced if possible) just for my own curiosity
