Anyone know how to complete this achievement?

Talk to Nacho, beat his 4 dummies, than convince 5 people to go to his show. Then talk to him and then Skitters and you will get the achievement

have you talked to Skitters? There will be a link to the area where you can talk to him. He is in the tent

I don't know if It'll work yet. I haven't been able to beat that damn bug game yet and progress in the plot. :(
