I'm trying to earn some extra sP. I have never done the toy quests and dont know anything about her. How many toys can she ask for? How much does she usually give back? How much is too much to spend on one quest?

Toy quests really aren't worthwhile if you're looking to make extra sP.

Try The Computer Geek or Cursed Quests instead. Maleria can be rather generous too. I tend to get quite a few elixirs from her.
