I was on the achievement page making sure my solved puzzles were showing up for the NUMBAH CRUNCHA achievement, and refreshed to find this achievement at uncompleted with 18/15 wins, so I completed another hard game. Now I obviously received the achievement itself fine, but I didn't receive the item that is supposed to come along with it?

Not sure if this is a common bug you guys are aware of already, or if it's just me.

You were correct in creating a thread here. :) In this case, though, you need the assistance of a UA to manually give you the reward.

Some of the achievements are buttheads like that. If anyone else is having this problem, just make a ticket and we'll get it to you quickly :)

Should the ticket be filed under "Achievements" or "Items"? Sorry I've never filed one of these before.

The category doesn't matter all that much. Perhaps Missing > Items? :)

Pft, I heard it took Grace an entire hour to fix a bug earlier.. I have so little faith you guys now <3

not sure where this goes but my game (subeku) just stopped working on me.. the little level buttons are showing up fine but underneath is just a black box, i've refreshed lots of times and opened and closed the game page a few times but it's still a black box there..if i hit a difficulty button it does nothing but makes the buttons go away :/

Try clearing your browers cache and browsing cookies and restarting the browser. Let me know if this works for you. :)

thanks, that's seems to have worked, but when it comes on it's black and sorta 'rolls' out of the way for the playing screen.. but at least it's playable, or so we shall find out, provided my brain cooperates lol thanks again :)

This happened earlier today with two achievements. I filed a ticket and was given the items fairy quickly :)
