Try the whole album of "Nimrod" by Green Day. It mixes some Ska styling in it. Plus it has "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)" on it.

Only the intro?! Well, it was a good intro, but their intro sounds more of the Reggae/Punk genre. What you're looking for is bands like these: 'Slightly Stoopid', 'Pepper', 'Pacific Dub', 'The Expendables', 'Sublime With Rome' ,a little bit of '311', I'd even say this local band around my parts named 'Martial Law'. These bands infuse Reggae feel-good vibes with a punk attitude.
