I was so excited to see there's new foods out, oh my goodness! That Croquembouche (?) looks especially delicious, although I have no idea what it could possibly be made of, lol. Lobster bisque always sounds yummy too.

I read this part of the Restaurant description:

This makes me think there will be 6 or so different dishes for each region! If so, I'm extremely excited. I'm a Subeta food-addict after all (: I'll probably buy doubles of these just incase they're not available again.

Oh my God, I want that iceberg wedge. That sounds delicious. Also the croquembouche looks amazing. ;_;

Croquembouche is made of multiple little cream puff type pastries stuck together with caramel or chocolate so that they form a tower. c:
