I am trying to create a banner that shows in the forums but they don't show anymore. I don't see a link anywhere else that I can click and create a banner.

So no banners are being displayed, and therefore no link to create a banner for yourself. Can anyone else see the banners? If so, then it's on my end and not Subeta.

I can't see forum banners either.

In part it might be because your GA users and you guys don't have to see ads except for user ones on the forums (I'm pretty sure that's the exception anyway) but there might just not be any running right now. I don't think GA users see ads at all it's just the user ones so if you can't see any that's probably the case, all the current ones have run out of impressions. If you'd like to create one though here is the page :)

SORRY meant billboards :') no, not the advertisements... the banners from users, like the TOT billboards, the cash shop billboards, etc. GA members do see the billboards, just not the advertisements. =) I think the site still shows advertisements?? Has that changed?

I don't understand how any are running at the moment. Were they taken down? Is it a glitch on S end? But I seriously doubt that there are no billboards at all running right now cuz they're aren't any. Confoozed...

Billboards run out extremely fast when events are going on.

It is quite possible that there are none right now.
