Oh gosh I haven't done this in forever! Gotta get back into the swing!
Current WIPS
Three different items here! First is the wig that's mostly finished but I'm not too happy with. My wigs have the horrible tendency of looking plastic-y. I'm trying to figure out what to do with that.
Next is a little tunic dress that I just think would be cute. I need to refine the details on it more and make it look more fancy, methinks.
And last is a pair of comfy flip-flops because I love shoes.

- Temporarily Retired
- Available in the Cash Shop
I think that maybe if you tinted the separating lines in the hair and maybe stopped them from going all the way to the part, it might make it look less like plastic? That tunic is super cute though!
Thanks hun! I'm trying to work on it and it's just bluh. Not cooperating with me. I think I made the hair a bit too toony and chunky. I'm glad you like the tunic though! I was expecting it to not be something people would just pass by.

Oh look, another WIP!

No name yet, but i'd love feedback and an interest check on this lovely new wig!
I like the style and the idea, but it seems just a little too harsh, like a bit pixelated. I would soften the lines a tad. Otherwise, it's very cute. Also, just an aesthetic thing, I would recommend using a non-animal like face for displaying, just something generic. Pick a pair of eyes and leave it blank otherwise. That way ppl can focuz on the item and not the other stuff going on, like the face. I would only recommend setting up a certain face and clothes for an example on how to use the item when selling, but that's not always necessary. Eyes are always important tho. But, yeah, it's cute so far! Also, one thing too, the one curl on the right side (ours) seems oddly places since there are no other curls like that in the hair. I would either add other curls or make that one more straight to make it flow better. But yeah, cute!
I agree with OdduckOasis that the strands could less harsh. Personally I think its too contrasting, like almost too much dark's and lights(too much shine) I dont know if that helps, im a beginner myself when it comes to hair, apparel so dont know if my tips were spot on but its just something i noticed personally ,however i think a few tweaks and it will look even better. I love the shape and flow of the hair. Also the HA face does throw me off a tad. Otherwise, great job !
Erf. I always end up either too chunky and fake or too detailed and pixellated. I've gotta work on that more. I did have another WIP on it, but I managed to nuke my laptop's battery and lose it.
And I actually didn't realize faces were distracting! I think they look kind of creepy without. I shall make sure to post them without faces and such for here on out. c:
Thanks hun! I've gotta work at that shine and such more. I'm so out of the swing when it comes to CWs. ;^;
Aaaand more WIPS as well as something new?

No worries, it takes time sometimes. And it's mostly just the full face like that. Ppl do like seeing eyes with wigs, just to see how it lines up. But yeah. xD With the new wig, I know ppl like kitty ears, but those seem slight too large and one is larger than the other (the left is a little larger than the right). I would perhaps make the ears just a little smaller and it'd prolly do pretty well. The dress... I'm not sure what it is abuot it, but it doesn't seem to be sitting right or something.. I guess it's just a little too up and down that you can't see the waist and the belt gets lost in the color of the dress (tho I am aware that it hasn't been shaded yet). Also, not a fan of the green, but that's personal preference xD; Either way, GL still!
Bluhhh. Starting my new job has meft me with like zero focus for CW making. XP But I did manage a little update on my ear wig.
NEW ---- OLD

I tried to even out the ears some and make them a bit more proportional. Not sure if I accomplished it, but I darn sure tried.
As for the dress...I don't even know what I'm doing with it right now to be honest.
