Ah I haven't done a HA contest in ages, I'm in! How does the raffle work?
Yay, a response!! Basically I go by the post number, which is just before the date of your post. So, per page, I will pull a random number from whatever the post numbers are between. The example would be, the first page has posts between 1-25, so I will use a random number generator to generate a number between 1 and 25, and whatever number it picks I will send the token to whoever owns that number to that post. Hopefully that makes sense :D
That makes perfect sense =) Is there a budget when making HAs and is there also a limit as to how many items per layer?
No budget. And since I have a GA there is three items per layer!
Ok so we can't add something like an oh la layers to the item list and to have more than three items per layer?
