Wiz tokens disappearing.

I exchange tokens as usual through Wiz to be put into my Other Currencies and the Wiz tells me that everythig's ok and they've been put in but when I click on Other Currencies, I find that my total number of tokens has stayed the same. I've lost 1500 tokens that way so far. Does anyone have the same problem? I've got Windows 7 and using FireFox as browser.
