How often do items like this come out?

I've seen the custom item threads.. I'm actually pretty confused about them. Haha Can anyone make custom items? Or only mods?

Anyone can make them! They're just pricy as hell, so you've got to sell batches of them. Normally, if you sell 9, saving 1 for yourself, for 600 CSC, that's enough to cover the 5000 CSC price, plus 400 CSC profit. (I think I got that right) You've gotta be really good though. I'm actually trying to make one. I've seen a few Pokemon hoodies around the site. Dragonite, Snorlax, Litwick. I'm working on a Mudkip one. >3

And my friend would probably love to see a Mudkip one~ She's got a little mudkip army in this petz game. Might even convince her to join & save up if you do! ^^
