I think it would be swell if there was a function that could allow a user to see how recently an item was added to a wishlist. I've occasionally been known to randomly give random people things off their wishlists and I think it would make it more rewarding for both parties. I could know whether I was giving them something they were planning for (such as a wearable item) and they could receive something they'd really wanted.

There's already an option to order by timeline, and the most recently added items show up at the bottom of the list.
