dress inspired by the Ava Dress from Pinup Girl Clothing - needs a name (suggestions?)

i'm pretty bad at clothing folds and such so any pointers or critique would be appreciated! p.s. - for future reference... are we allowed to make the HAs appear curvier with clothing? haha
INTEREST CHECK would you be interested in purchasing the following?

Ffffff this is one of my favorite dresses on Pinup Girl Clothing! So very classy. :D
I made you a few redlines (ie. I drew all over your pretty pretty dress), I hope you don't mind. You have a GREAT start, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. All of it could just be my personal preferences at work. :p

First, I think you should lower/widen the neckline a bit to give it more of that va-va-voom look. Since you can't, as far as I know, use clothes to make an HA look curvier (I think it would count as modifying the base body, which is a no-no), I suppose you've got to play up the HA's "natural" assets. :P I would also widen the bottom of the skirt to give it more volume and make the HA's waist look smaller by comparison, but I don't know how far you would want to change the original dress's silhouette, since it's a pretty slender cut dress. Other than that, I would shorten the sleeves to make them more "cap"like and feminine, but that's just me. I've also marked some more folds for you, and circled a couple of awkward fold lines that I would take out. The messy scribbles on the belt were me trying to indicate that you should bulk up the belt and give it more of it's own shape -- right now it doesn't appear to be "on top of" the dress at all, just a strip of cloth pasted right on. Does that make sense?
Anyway, if you need any clarification just let me know! I love the dress so far! What color(s) are you thinking about for it?
thank you so much! my gf loooooooves PUGC so blame her for the dress, haha. i really appreciate your critique and especially the redlines (i tend to work better from visuals). darn that you can't make them appear curvier, haha! but your advice makes sense, yes. i'll clean it up a bit... i'm not sure which colors i'll do it in! probably more than one, for sure. if i were to use the colors available on PUGC, i really like the green and teal ones the most, but red, gold, and black are also nice. but i don't know yet, i might just make up colors.
