I meant a single item, maybe in different colors like eyes or something.

This was already shot down many times, since it'd be too easy to stay zombie and it's suppose to be something hard. The most we'll have maybe is some more skins like the one mentioned, but don't expect them to look really human.

Keith himself said it's not going to happen. Being a zombie should not be easy.

That being said, there are makeup kits you can use. and seem to be favorites.

You can also try using , not quite a nose, but it gives the illusion for one. But yeah, like others said, it's not supposed to be easy to be a zombie.

Though some diseases don't affect the nose, or have a normal-looking nose, like the Crack Head, Pinkie Patch, or Dolly Dreadful
