i've been here for a couple of days, but i kept forgetting to introduce myself. so, hi!

i'm finding this site really interesting! i played neopets a while back, so there's been a bit of reminiscing of like playing those flash games and restocking from the shops. there are still some things i'm not quite sure about though, like the @ symbol in front of the names? i figure that does something, not sure what though. and i've been finding these subeautique invitations? i redeemed some but nothing happened, at least not that i noticed.

Hi there! and welcome. Subeta is pretty fun! I was/am on neo as well, but I prefer Subeta. The community is much more friendly & I feel like there is a LOT more to do here. The @ sign is what "pings" someone so they know you mentioned them on the forums. It's very helpful.

Once you redeem the invites you can buy special clothing items from here: http://subeta.net/explore/subeautique.php Without redeeming the invite, you cannot view what items are for sale.

i agree; so far, subeta has been pretty great. i've been spending what feels like way too much time here, but i actually feel like it's paying off, unlike on neopets. like i keep seeing all these amazing items that i can buy with the money i've earned from those quests and my little shop. and i keep discovering all these new things to do. i love it.

wow, those are some high prices in that boutique, compared to the normal shops. i suppose it makes sense, it being high fashion and all, haha.

I'm glad! You're definitely right. Another thing that's really fun on here is restocking. I did it a lot when I first joined because I could! There's actually a chance to restock high priced items here so it's quite fun.

Hahaha yes. I don't normally buy anything from there but I just sell my invites in my shop. Quick money if you don't want anything from the shop.

Feeding minions is like feeding kadoaties on neo. I absolutely love it. And there are cute trophies for feeding a certain # of them. :)

yeah, i've been restocking a lot, i'm a lot better at it here than i was on neopets. i've managed to get a few expensive items and make quite a profit.

i've been getting quite a few of those invitations, but i think i'll hoard them. i might want to use them later. but it's good to know that i can sell them if i need to!

oh, i did stumble upon those minion things, and i think i fed one. it seems to be a lot cheaper to feed them than the kadoaties; i remember the items they wanted were incredibly expensive.

thank you for the links! i was looking for something like that wardrobe generator. but it seems that some of the items are broken? is there anyway i can fix that?

No I'm afraid a while ago Subeta switched over the way item images are uploaded, and it changed the way the wardrobe generator code is made, and there's only one person who can fix it and they haven't really had the time to do it :( Hopefully it can be fixed soon, but in case you weren't aware, you can also view all available clothing in the onsite wardrobe via the dropdown c:
