I was a little wary of starting this topic, considering I mentioned it twice before in a thread that was recently locked because "all problems had been fixed".

Unfortunately, no matter what I try, how many fixes I attempt, or how many times I reboot or try different browsers, it just wont change my hairstyle.

I'm sorry if this seems like a waste of a post, but when nothing you try seems to fix it, it can get very infuriating.

What browser are you using and what have you done in attempts to fix it?

I've used IE, Opera, Firefox and Chrome. And as for fixes, I've tried everything listed in the fixes thread.

So you have:

  1. Cleared your web browser's cache/cookies. Sometimes it requires clearing more than once.
  2. Tried selecting "back to normal please" before saving your new hairstyle.
  3. Disabled any anti-virus program or ad blocker to see if they are causing the problem.
  4. Rebooted your computer.

I only say this to make sure when a programmer comes by, they have all the information.

Also what hairstyle are you not able to get rid of? I am guessing you have it covered? Make sure you ping me so that I know that you have answered. Almost forgot to check back here.

Yes, I've tried all of those several times. I have been away from Subeta for a while, so I thought I might have missed an update when I saw that the wardrobe wasn't working, but when I saw the thread for wardrobe glitches recently, I realised it wasn't just me. I tried the fixes then, and got my wardrobe to load, work and save just fine, but the hair still stays on. I'm trying to get rid of the spike hair, that I had died blue in the salon. I'm not trying to use the salon this time, I'm just trying to use a basic style and colour.

Ok, this may have to wait for a programmer cause that is the scope of my help! I hope you get it fixed soon! You may want to try switching to bald on the normal wardrobe page, then select back to normal on the salon page, and see if that works. But that is really me just trying to squeeze out a fix for you.

I don't know what happened, but when I came here just, my avatar was naked. So I checked out my wardrobe, went through the hair selection, and this time it stuck. So it looks like the problem's all dealt with, whatever happened. Thanks for the advice and all.
